Original Leaving Certificate (T.C.) if students passout from other school

2 passport size photographs of child.

Photocopy of the current class Report Card (applicable for admissions from Std 1 onwards).

Completed Application form.

Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhar Card.

Photocopy of Address proof.
